Organizations represented in these records include the Joint Program Planning Committee (1959-1966) and the Council on Ministry. Two non-Episcopal organizations are also represented. The first of these, the Career Development Council was an ecumenical career counseling organization in which The Episcopal Church participated. The Executive Council commissioned the second organization, the Bureau of Applied Social Research of Columbia University, to conduct a study called "Anglican Opportunities in South America."</p>
