Howard Albert Johnson (1915–1974) was an Episcopal clergyman, theologian, and author. He held degrees from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and Virginia Theological Seminary (VTS), studied in Denmark and England, and served in academic and clerical roles in the U.S. and abroad, including at Columbia University and the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. He was active in ministry, scholarship, and writing throughout his career.
