This catalog provides bibliographic records for a curated selection of our fully processed historical collections. It offers detailed information concerning the creation, historical context, content, and arrangement of these materials. Although this catalog does not encompass the entirety of our holdings, records are added on an ongoing basis.

Types of Records

The Archives holds records of the domestic and foreign ministries of The Episcopal Church’s official bodies, principally the governing body of the General Convention and the corporate entity, the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society. Other key records held by the Archives include affiliated church-wide Episcopal organizations and the personal papers of leading clergy and lay persons.
