Seven scrapbook volumes comprise this collection of Samuel F. Hotchkin’s articles and interests. Each volume contains an index. The articles cover a variety of subjects, persons, and places. Of note are a typescript index to the scrapbooks and a copy of Hotchkin’s obituary.

Pastoral letters, communication to the Church, records of the Secretary of the House including rolls, registers and Interim Meeting records, and House committee records. (Does not include Presiding Bishop's administrative records on the House's operation, or records pertaining directly to the triennial session.)

The House of Bishops Committee Records comprise Standing Committee and ad hoc Committee reports, records, and miscellaneous materials. Also included is a bound volume of the minutes of the Commission of Bishops on the Mexican Branch of the Catholic Church.

House of Bishops. Secretary Records

These records reflect the working papers of Bishop Scott Field Bailey during his tenure as Secretary of the House of Bishops and earlier records passed on to him in that position. Included are correspondence, information concerning bishops, and information pertaining to officers of the General Convention, committees and commissions, and the General Conventions of the years he was in office. Also included are magnetic tape recordings of all the annual meetings of the House of Bishops from 1970 to 1984.

Official Papers of the President's office, the Secretary of the House, committees of the House (e.g. the State of the Church), publications and communications generated by and within the House not pertaining directly to the triennial session.

Immigration and Refugee Ministries

This class is designated for records of the Church's work in the mid to late twentieth century with immigrants and refugees, including policy advocacy, refugee resettlement (Episcopal Migration Ministries), issue awareness, recruitment of volunteers, social network development, and fund raising. Institutional Development and Fund Raising

Records typically created in the planning and cultivation of sources for fund raising such as capital campaigns, annual campaigns, major gifts development, sponsored grants and prospects for planned giving. (See also FA 06 Institutional Development for records of financial accountability.)

Integrity, Inc. Records

This collection documents the history of Integrity from its founding in 1974 through the late-1990s, with significant emphasis on the organization’s early years. It comprises meeting minutes, correspondence, newsletters, and official papers; records from regional and local chapters; materials from national conventions; documentation of Integrity’s engagement with The Episcopal Church’s General Convention; and records reflecting its relationships with other religious organizations.

Joint Commission on Renewal. Records

The records of the Joint Commission on Renewal consist primarily of meeting minutes, correspondence, reports drafted by the Commission, and printed materials about renewal written by members of the Commission. There is also a small amount of correspondence and records about financial matters.
